Political Career

Academic Background

Before his political career, Beck was a professor of law at the University of Bayreuth. He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Würzburg.

Beck is an outspoken critic of the European Union and its policies. He has also been accused of making racist and xenophobic statements. In 2019, he was fined by the European Parliament for using offensive language during a debate.

Despite the controversies, Beck remains a popular figure among AfD supporters. He is seen as a strong voice for the party's anti-immigration and eurosceptic views.
